Interviewed Aug 2011 in Hyderabad (India) (took 2 days)
A written test followed by 3 rounds of Personnel Interview (Technical).
Written test contains Aptitude, GK, IQ tests and Personality tests.
Technical Interview mostly concentrated on DB side and Coding Skills (though it is QA position).
and they were also checking the Logical and lateral thinking abilities. So it is not just another "Testing Specific Interview" and questions were neither Complex not silly. It's Medium Complex
and there was not any need for waiting "long time".
But the Overall experience is Good

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
