I applied through my university's resume drop and attended two info sessions before the interview. The interview was completely behavioral and followed a set script. The two interviewers were young and didn't seem to have much experience conducting interviews. I got a very generic vibe from the employees I spoke with and felt like they use this program to mold people exactly into what they want their middle management to look like.

I applied online as an agent and my application was routed to a Makati branch where i was asked to fill out a form by listing names of people i know. The BM assessed my suitability by inquiring about my reason for applying, content of my savings account, et.al.

1. Applied online
2. One week later, received an email requesting my availability for a phone interview
3. Interviewed through the phone by the recruiting manager
4. One week later, received a phone call from the recruiting manager, requesting my availability for a panel interview
5. Interviewed in-person by a panel
6. Three days later, received an offer from the recruiting manager
7. Accepted the offer
Thoughts on the Application Process
1. All of the persons I interacted with during the whole process were very professional. I always knew what to expect after each step of the process. If they don't tell you outright, ask.
2. During the panel interview, I was asked questions which explored my current knowledge/skills, my personality, and my fit with the company.

Initially I got a call after I was referred by one of the employee. Later I was interviewed & selected with the onshore business partners. Then I went through the HR round for salary negotiation & other roles & responsibilities. I got the offer letter & I joined finally. Background check is done meanwhile, for me it was done after joining the company. Company is very strict for the background & other checks as it is one of the biggest & oldest Insurance & Financials adviser company started in 1865...

It is kind of self-employee job. I was interviewed by a nice lady, she just asked several behavior question; Such as strength, education, how to start your business and how do u feel about a job that don’t have normal base salary?....after all, she give me a workshop book to see if I can write down the answer in it like write down your network and their work situation.I think this job need you to have a good network, and it is not so good fit for a new grad sepcificly for me, so I did not to accept the next process.

Process started with email from HR - who expressed interest in me. I then setup the phone interview - but this took over a week to coordinate. Then finally did the interview and shortly after was asked for face to face meeting with hiring leads. After another 3 weeks I finally met them - had the interview which was quite unstructured...they said they woudl be back to me with an anwer and its been over 6 weeks , and altough i followed up recently, they said I was still in the running , but they woudl follow up. I clearly am not in teh running any longer...very poor interview experience.
