Interview Details – I had an impromptu first interview which consisted of an unprepared very brief explanation of my resume and why I was interested in working for the company. I happened to be visiting the campus so I didn't expect this, but the hiring manager wanted someone fast. He was traveling the next few weeks and when he returned he connected with my references and after one other quick phone chat and some submitted applications through the HR rep, I got the job.

- Walk me though your resume. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Give a decent range so hopefully, as they did with me, they'll choose something in the higher end.
