I was contacted by the company recruiter. The first interview was a technical phone screen by a potential peer. We built good rapport and the interview went well. The second phone interview was with a manager. The third interview was with the hiring director. At the last moment, the in-person interview was moved to an inconvenient time and location. It was too late to reschedule, so I went out of my way to make it anyway. The person was quite surly which soured me on the opportunity. I never heard back, but it is just as well as I would have declined.

It was a relatively organized process starting with a phone interview with HR. The call was more of a filtering mechanism. The next call was more substantial and asked pertinent questions. You could tell he was knowledgable and was honest about the realities of the work. There was a delay in the job offer and I thought I didn't get the job.

The interview process was easy, since I was interviewed for a position for role I played before and I was recomended by a good friend and former colleage, who coached me. However, the hiring process was a bit painful. I had to provide the same information to about 9 different people.
