Intiially, recruiter sent me an email for which i have expressed my interest. They did one tel round, one coding round, technical round, 1-1 round, hr round. After all these rounds they said there is another client round which was pending from 2months. I don't understand this. why there are taking such a long time, atleast there should be a communication from hr saying it will take time to roll-out offer. But there is no such kind of communication...instead i have to check with them.

Hiring process was quite good they adjust the time and venue according to the convenience of candidates. HR is very responsive and solves all the query of the candidates. The interviewer is so good and they asked the question according to the relevant post or jobs.

Interviewed by multiple members of the staff. Format was one of a group interview. Very few specific technical questions, and no formal skill test was given. Questions were not terribly difficult, and mostly general rather specific in nature. Most of the interview was about the background and previous projects worked on.

face-to-face was written C++ test like find bug in this code, what does this code do,.. how it this different to c# code.
then has a quiz type question about tri-nomial tree and optimal strike price

the telephonic round of interview went very well, the hiring panel, got thru one by one testing the communication follwed by technical competency follwed by analytical skills

I was quizzed for my knowledge of Exchange traded derivatives and also my awareness of technology as I come from a business background.The interviewer seemed to be a bit rigid in their thinking.
This was followed by a meeting with a Director.
