Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Breakfast meeting with the credit officer. It was a "get to know you" type of discussion with very little credit discussion revolving around credit. The next level was meeting with the Regional President. This person really only went through my resume and discussed my prior bank experience. I believe the interview process was clean and easy because they knew of me in the markerplace.
