Interview Details – Mostly talk about the position and life on the trading floor. The interviewer is mainly trying to gauge interest as well as determine the candidate's world knowledge in terms of news etc that would affect energy markets. Ultimately, being proficient at Microsoft Excel is a must and such proficiency must be demonstrated. As well, there are a few behavioural questions that HR required be asked. This is a positino for students.
