Put in your app, called about a week later. App process is now online. Initial on phone interview, which if you pass leads to an interview with the store manager, recruiter, and possibly regional manager. If the interview goes well, you might even be called on the way home from the interview to let you know if you got the job or not.

Negotiation Details
Put down the highest amount you can, as that's what they'll hire you at. Sales Associates top out at around $14, so try asking for that when you go in. Just a thought. I know people with tons of experience that ended up making less than just out of high school applicants because they asked for less on the app. And Super Supplements isn't big on giving raises, so this is your shot.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
