Interviewed Sep 2011 in Denver, CO (took 2 months)
After 7 years in Human Resources I can say without a doubt this is the worst recruiting process I have ever seen. I initially applied in late July and was invited to a 1:1 interview with the branch manager. The interview went fine, in fact she told me she would get back to me within a week. A week turned into several weeks, and after a unreturned email I figured I was out of the running. A month after the initial interview a regional manager calls and asks me a few questions about the position and states that I would be a great fit for the position. He tells me that the Branch Manager will call me back early next week...again one week turns into a week and a half. This time I email the Area Manager to determine my application status. Surprise! The branch manager calls me with an hour of sending the email. I was invited back to do a 1:1 interview with a staffing manager at the same branch. I attend and we had a constructive and positive interview. I receive an email a week later stating that the Branch Manager is looking into the next step of the process and to expect a response ASAP.Well 2 weeks later I call the Area Manager to see what's really going on, only to discover he's been laid off. So I'm directed the the Regional Vice President. After leaving a voicemail with the RVP I am contacted by the branch manager (once again) stating that they need to examine the feasibility of even requisitioning another Staffing Manager. So I'm told to call back next week. Finally, the following week I receive an email stating they they don't have the money for a staffing manager after reviewing the recent numbers - but if I'm interested in the position in 30-60 down the road I should give them a call.
First, why are you recruiting for a position that hasn't been approved? Second, why did it take two months and several unanswered emails to come to this point?
Steer Clear of Supplemental Healthcare unless you really want to be taken for a ride. I'll be sure to tell my colleagues the same advice. If I could give this interview experience a 'very negative,' I would.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 3 weeks)
They are very process oriented there. You have an initial interview with a regional manager and then you have to interview with two of your peers. Next you have a phone interview with upper management and then they do a face-to-face interview with upper management. Too much over lap in material asked.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
