I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Surecomp in December 2009.
Interview Details –
A phone call from a woman saying that they got my CV and want interview me for the position of Team Leader (!). I arrive and the HR manager asks the regular questions and talks about that everyone are team leaders and its a programmer's job. Next comes a guy who is a team leader and describes the job as a maintenance programmer for Java 1.4 product and asks the regular java questions: 1)Describe favored past position/project 2)Discussion about that 3)Programming test about inheritance/abstraction.
Advice to future candidates for anything similar:
1) If you are rusty on core Java, OOP, sorting, recursion and Java practices relevant to Java 1.4 then prepare yourself accordingly
2) Always be watchful if the direction changes to something totally different

Other implementations may be by using Sets, List, Arrays but you do not have to implement them just know that they may exist... View Answer
