Interviewed Feb 2012 in Dublin, County Dublin (Ireland) (took a day)
Very similar to what has been described by others below. Got through the first interview with a girl from HR fairly easy. She asked some general interview questions and then finished with some game theory and probability style questions. Struggled a little with one of these but was offered a little help and then managed to work through it. Second interview was with a trader. Same type interview as the first one, some basic interview type questions followed by some game theory and probability questions. These were tougher than the first interview. Struggled with 2 of these but was offered no help and was just left there. Felt the girl the 2nd day was quite cold, even when it seemed clear I wasn't going to get the answer she didn't offer any help.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Dublin, County Dublin (Ireland) (took a day)
I e-mailed my CV, they e-mailed back with date and time of phone interview which I had to confirm. Then they asked med more or less exactly the questions that are already posted under the job. I stumbled on the Expected winnings one, which is very annoying as I knew everything else. Still haven't heard back (it's March), so I'm assuming I didn't get through. The woman was very nice.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
I applied online and was contacted regarding a telephone interview. The interview itself consisted of a 20 minutes assessing your fit for the role and 35 minutes working on probability based questions. The first section was very straight forward, simple questions such as 'why this company?' etc.
The probability questions were straightforward enough and most of them are listed on this site, ones to look out for are the submarine questions, and rolling a dice game questions. If you read the questions on this site, and study up on probability you should be fine

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 3 days)
First they came on campus and gave an informational interview. The following day we had interviews on campus with the recruiters. Then there was a follow up phone interview and last they flew me out to philly. In philly you sit with two different traders and talk to them about what they do. Then you have lunch and have a group panel where you problem solve in groups. Finally they bring you into a room and have a couple people interview you with math questions.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
Two rounds of phone screening. Roughly 75% quantitative, 25% behavioral by time. On site was similar questions to those posted here, but in a stressful environment. Think interviewers standing up, talking among themselves while you think, and using their phones. Still are helpful when you ask a question, and listen when you think out loud, but nonetheless don't underestimate the need to be able to think under high-preszure environments

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 4+ weeks)
First they come to the career fair and gather resumes and make down whether or not they like you. Then they come and do on campus interviews which are mostly math based questions. Then you have a phone interview followed by a final round interview in Philadelphia

Reason for Declining
I would make sure you look at their non compete agreement. Also when trying to convince you to join they will tell you about the average salary. However, it is important to ask them about the median because that number could be skewed by one or two high fliers and survivor ship bias.
