Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 3 weeks)
Mostly quantitative statistics and probability questions with some game theory thrown in. Both phone interviews were fairly straight forward but the questions asked in person for the final round were much tougher. Really relaxed environment. Take time to think through and talk through the questions. Phone interviewers were friendly but extremely focused on the quantitative questions. In person interview was more intimidating, with a good portion without pencil and paper.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
Sent an email with my resume to someone in HR and was contacted shortly afterwards to set-up a phone interview. My interviewer was extremely nice and the interview was pretty much exactly what I had expected: a few fit questions followed by several probability questions. The first two were relatively easy but the last one was a little harder. She was very nice about helping me figure out the last part of the final problem. Great company, great experience.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 7 weeks)
Got the job through school. First round was on campus with mostly fit questions and a few probability questions. Phone interview followed with all probability questions. The final round was tough with a group interview of math questions and an individual interview with two people dealing only with conditional probability
