Interview Details – Very basic probability questions, and very basic backward induction questions. If you know how to do these, you can will do well in the interview.

Be able to solve simple games by backward induction and using Bayes Theorem.

I applied through college or university and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Susquehanna International Group, LLP in March 2010.

Interview Details – Scheduled a phone interview. Briefely went over educational history / test scores, talked about games (she was disapointed that I don't play card games. Followed by a few relatively easy probability questions, in the second question she asked the incorrect question, as it was unsolvable as she asked it, she gave the answer to something else entirely.

Interview Question – How many ways can you arange five people at a round table, such that there they are in increasing age order (clockwise or anti-clockwise)?   View Answers (5)
