Interviewed Nov 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
Two rounds of phone screening. Roughly 75% quantitative, 25% behavioral by time. On site was similar questions to those posted here, but in a stressful environment. Think interviewers standing up, talking among themselves while you think, and using their phones. Still are helpful when you ask a question, and listen when you think out loud, but nonetheless don't underestimate the need to be able to think under high-preszure environments

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
I managed to visit the Philadelphia office last year. Brilliant office, great academic environment, nice people. Poker is heavily emphasized in training traders.
Application was straightforward.
Interviewer was pleasant and casual. Started with behavioral questions, then walking through resume to check your vital signs, then conditional probability questions. The probability questions started easy and got progressively harder until some fairly complex ones on pricing games.
Interview Questions
a) What is the fair price of this game?
b) Now, after picking a card you can either take the dollar value on the card or $3.50. Also, cards worth less than 5 are now valued at $0. What is the maximum price you are now willing to pay for the game?
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 4+ weeks)
First they come to the career fair and gather resumes and make down whether or not they like you. Then they come and do on campus interviews which are mostly math based questions. Then you have a phone interview followed by a final round interview in Philadelphia
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I would make sure you look at their non compete agreement. Also when trying to convince you to join they will tell you about the average salary. However, it is important to ask them about the median because that number could be skewed by one or two high fliers and survivor ship bias.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
I applied through the career center website from my university. I then got an email from the recruiter saying that I had been selected for an interview. After the interview, I received an email about 2 weeks later saying I was not selected for the next round. The interviewer was very nice and friendly.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Bala Cynwyd, PA (took 2 weeks)
Applied through college career website. Two fairly easy phone interviews, consisted of math problems and basic OO design questions. Went to their campus in Bala Cynwyd and had a tour, two interviews (each with two interviewers,) and dinner. In person interviews consisted of algorithm questions, OO, math, and a little about my personality. No offer.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Bala Cynwyd, PA (took 2 weeks)
There are three steps: two phone interviews and one face to face interview. The initial screening consists of personality questions and quantitative questions and the second of almost exclusively quant questions. The interviewers are very pleasant and helpful. Study simple probability and bayes theorem.
Interview Questions
Hint: You need to choose whether or not to go first, then your strategy going forward.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Bala Cynwyd, PA (took 2 days)
The interview process is intense and potentially intimidating. It begins with a 30-minute skills test in which you are given about four times as many questions as you can complete in the time alotted. It's followed by a series of three or four two-on-one technical conversations, all of which last 45 to 60 minutes. The final interview will be with one of the highest level IT managers. The best strategy for this sort of interview, I found, was to go in with a "nothing to lose" attitude and to admit what you don' tknow.
