Interviewed Aug 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
When I came in for the interview, my impression was that either the position really did not exist or the hiring manager had already settled on another candidate. The interview was supposed to be with four people, but two of them took off work early and did not come. The two people I met with were nice and courteous, but showed no enthusiasm or interest during the one hour meeting. My attempts to engage them in an open-ended discussion did not achieve much. The interview ended right on time. Throughout the whole process I could not figure out why the two interviewers were wasting their and my time.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took 5 days)
A few days after applying online I received an email requesting a phone screening interview. After the phone interview we scheduled a panel interview for the following week.
The panel interviewers consisted of 5 people from the team, i.e., people the candidate would actually work with. The representation were three peers, the director, and the manager (who conducted the phone interview).
All of the interviewers were very nice and demeanor was comforting (even when I answered a question incorrectly, they didn't make me feel stupid about it).
The office, which is located off Hwy 50, is beautiful and comfortable. I was in the lobby/waiting area for about 20 mins and noticed the people entering and leaving the building. They all looked happy and all greeted the security guard by first name.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
Interviewed with a recruiter at my university. She mostly asked about managerial experience. She told me they were looking for someone with more managerial experience. She used the example of someone who had worked in a restaurant as a manager or team leader.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took 3 days)
Once I applied onine, I received a phone call from a recruiter. Typical phone interview...asked me what my current job was, why I was leaving, when I could start. Lasted about 15 minutes. The Recruiter was extrmely nice. It has been two weeks and I have not heard back yet but was told that once they set interviews they would contact me.
