I filled out an application and then had a sit down interview with the Branch Manager and the existing Skiper. I then met the Branch Manager at a customer's business while he was providing a service and assisted him wit the service. Once my background and drug test came back clear I was offered the job and started it two weeks later.

I was contacted by phone by the franchise owner who wanted an office manager who knew microsoft really well and could create any kind of excel report if asked because his manager was constantly requesting them and he was not computer savvy. I said no problem and then was instructed to meet him and his manager for coffee which we did about 2 days later at a local Starbucks.
