Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Intially had an interview with the HR person that went OK. She was not informed of the exact details of the postion, so was not able to answer many questions to gear up for a second interview. Second interview was with two V.P.s. I felt like I was very prepared for the interview but was blindsided by questtions that were not clearly communicated in the job description. I wish I had done more research on what the challeges were for the department through past or current employees. Was called two week later saying they were not moving forward with the interview process.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Hannibal, MO (took a day)
I applied at Swiss Colony because it wa the only company hiring at the time. I went into their offices and filled out the application on paper, then redid the application on a computer and completed a small assessment, then it was a tour of the facility before I sat down with someone for the official interview with what I thought was a Human Resources employee but later found out it was a CSR like myself, after the interview I was told that I'd hear from them shortly and it was weeks before I heard from them. Then I was told it would be 6 weeks before I would start the position.
