Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
It was a very short 15 minutes interview that mainly focused on what I have done and faced my own problems in the past few years with the Human Resource director. Main questions concerning why do you want to join the company, describing yourself with a few words... Major advice for other candidates is to do as much research on the company as possible to get your idea right.

Interviewed May 2010 in Armonk, NY (took 2 days)
I had my first round interview with an HR lady who asked me a couple of behavioral questions: "tell me about yourself" "describe a situation where you had to make a difficult decision." Then 5 days later I got an e-mail telling me that I have qualified to the second round interview. I had another phone interview with the Vice President of the department I was applying for and another analyst. The questions were really hard and I don't really remember what they asked.

Interviewed May 2010 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 days)
First interview went well and felt I connected with the person involved. Second interview was with colleagues in the US via video link. One colleague would have been the person I would report to. I expecetd to see both people on other side of video link. At start of interview, I was told that person I would report to would join via conference phone. A number of questions and answers had to be repeated due to part of the interview conducted via conference phone via a video link. Thought it was a bit rude and unprofessional and was left with poor impression of company.

Interviewed May 2008 (took a day)
I got the interview through an email sent to my college recruiting mailing list. After submitting my resume they invited me for an onsite interview. The interview day was a set of 3 interviews in a row where they asked technical questions.
The people and office were very professional. Work culture seems similar to most companies in New York.
