Interviewed Jan 2009 in Pune (India) (took a day)
The campus interview generally consists of 2 1:1 technical rounds followed by a HR round. In the 1:1 round, they stress on OS concepts, algorithms, coding, etc. They ask you rate yourself on various competencies at the beginning of the interview, and try to test your stronger suites.
In OS concepts, they generally ask very low level details of semaphores/mutexes, etc. Dining philosopher problem, deadlocks, race conditions, etc also feature in the interview. Besides these, they also ask the sorting algorithms, some puzzles, etc. Overall, the interview process looks good to separate smart people good in computer science fundamentals from those who are not.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Herndon, VA (took a day)
I had one on-campus interview. It was all about my resume and projects that I have worked on. There were 2 guys, one of them was asking me questions and the other one was making notes. Nothing much of technical in the first round. Then they called me on-site to their Alexandria, VA branch, I had 4 technical rounds. you have to write code on whiteboard. They want to assess your thought process.

Negotiation Details
In the beginning as soon as you hear from them with the offer, I don't think you can negotiate.. Once you start talking to them with the possibilities and if they know that you are really interested and excited about this offer and you are for sure accepting the offer, they will consider increasing the base salary to some extent.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
