HR connected me to VP product mgmt for Security BU. Interview consisted of phone screen and an onsite day meeting with peer Product mgrs, hiring manager, and multiple engineering leaders.
Questions included product mgmt scenarios (e.g if you were a product mgr for an IT mgmt startup which is around for 1 year, how would you structure your investments across different priorities.
Engineering questions were mainly around how do youu write PRDs and MRDs with specific examples. PM is very powerful/accountable at Symantec, so they expect alot of domain knowledge than core PM skills.

Phone call scheduled
My first formal interview for a management role, so had no clue what to expect.
More of a fit based interview
Started off well with the niceties and tone of my replies
But as I was in the middle I began to self-doubt my replies and fumbled
In the process not being able to ask 'intelligent' questions and keeping the flow.
