Senior Software Engineer at Symphony Teleca

No Offer – Interviewed in Bangalore (India) Dec 2012 – Reviewed Feb 19, 2013

Interview Details – Recruiter is not at all taking care of recruiting process. They scheduled a telephonic interview at 4PM on a week day and I waited till 4.15PM and called them back regarding interview and she said she forgot to schedule it!! And she scheduled it again for very next day and this time she manage to schedule it on time(10-15mins late though). Interview was okay, and he asked basics from all the programming skills I mentioned in my resume and I was through. Next a skype call was scheduled and there I didn't do well as the questions were quite a kind of stupid for my knowledge. But to get the review on that I had to call the recruiter several times and finally they said I am not through; I dont regret but I am happy that I didn't through.:D
