When i applied for the position at first there was a telephonic round which i managed to clear. And then they asked for a face-to-face round of interview and i had to travel from MUMBAI to PUNE. After reaching PUNE they arranged for the transportation from PUNE to the office location. After the interview there was an HR round and i was given the offer letter after the HR round.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation was required as i was offered what i had asked for. I would advice others to ask for more salary compared to other companies as this company is very good and a PAYMASTER.

Technical Interview was taken by Folks who are trying to learn technology or Hiring Managers based on Technical FAQ.
Managers basically concentrate on Scenarios, typically architecture based. specific attitude traits like showing confidence in supporting your own answers, clarity in Answering Questions, little personal talk about professional Experiences, any references to your onshore visits will be a plus. if you have a reference from the company it will be very good.

Negotiation Details
highly negotiable as you are the need of the hour. Many often there are limited opportunities of growth as there are many Managers and Senior managers, than the Developers, less number of projects and just couple of big projects leading to work complexities are showing signs why people are willing to leave.

This was for a Product Analyst position for one of their clients in Nashville. I was first contacted by one of their Recruiters here in Nashville and then met the recruitment team to discuss about the company and the position they were looking for.
I was overall pleased by the approach of the company but since I had never heard about this company before I was skeptical on even taking the interview.
But given the fact that I would not have to relocate, I went ahead and gave it a try.

Day First, Telephonic interview was taken by a Tech Guy, mostly team lead. I was asked all standard questions about java, j2ee.Multithreading, Collections, Struts.It went for about 50 mins.Second day, one video conference call was done, on the other side were two persons mostly Project managers.The had an understanding of Techinical things.Questions asked were about jboss configurations, approach to solve issues on production server.Which errors I faced on production and how i resolved them. It went good.Next day got a call from HR and that was final HR round.HR person was very good.

We just need to be ourself in the Interview. In My Case, Since they are Building a Resource Pool ( not for project, to sit idle) He just looked at me how Innocent I am. and he offered. Next Round is a HR and he told me that he will send me to US and he have projects. Its not true in my case.

It was Saturday and interview were going at its Hinjewadi Phase II office.
All candidates were called individually.
2 HR guys were present to guide the candidates and interviewers.
First 1:1 technical interviews were taken.
Interviews were for .NET 3.0 openings; no details of domain were asked.
After the first round again 1:1 deep technical interviews were taken on the spot only for candidates selected in first round.
