Interviewed Nov 2011 in Birmingham, AL (took 5 weeks)
Played phone tag for a while. Scheduled interview with hiring manager over the phone because I was out of state. Phone interview discussed past work experience, did a skills test and chatted about past work culture. Hiring manager was personable and easy to talk to. Personality counts and confidence matters even over the phone.

Reason for Declining
Offer was very low and decided not to relocate to Birmingham, AL for personal reasons.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

Was called in to have an interview. Interviewed with the president and CEO. Generic questions. I was then interviewed by the branch manager. Again, generic questions. Easy interview process, but a longer process to actually get a hire date.

Some wiggle room with vacation. Salary is a no go negotiation. The range is the range and that's pretty much it/

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Drug Test.

It was with the Division President and the City President. It was less than 30 minutes and it consisted of mostly talking about what I did and how.

Yes, I was able to negotiate a bit. ie; vacation and such, but NOT salary.
