There was 1 group interview with 4 managers. It was an open and friendly environment and the interviewers made me feel completely at ease. The questions asked were typical interview questions (talking about experience, strengths, and weaknesses, goals, etc...) They provided a very accurate description of the work environment and what is expected of their team members.

Interview process was long and wondered if they new what they were looking for. It took them so long to make a final decision and make an offer.

The position was an Analyst position concentrating on Project Management. The interview consisted of an initial phone interview and after that an on site interview in Columbus, GA.
The on-site interview was mostly about my academic background and the projects that I worked on. It was a 2 hour interview and I had to talk to a manager and a senior manager. Overall difficulty of the interview was average and there was no technical questions.

Recruiting agent had been calling for a few months for the position but the salary offered at the time was too low compared to what I was making at the time. the calls continued until upper management considered offering a higher salary than entry-level and then i decided to go on a interview.
