The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at T-Mobile (Fenton, MO) in February 2012.


First phone interview. Second computer modules, one a questionnaire, the other a simulated sales floor. Third in store interview with GM, then background check, then offer, then drug test.

Reasons for Declining

Did not give realistic expectations during interview process. After calling them back several times and them telling me I have the job, they are just waiting for my background check to go through, I finally hear from them and they give me an offer for $3/hr less than expected and for a job title that I did not interview for. I had even met the asst. man of whose place I was going to be taking. When I asked about the switch, they claimed that you have to work for the company for at least 6 months before you can be promoted. NOT ONCE did any of the interviewers or recruiters tell me this. Very upset, because I was looking forward to working for this company.
