Interview Details – I had a screening interview with HR. The HR person was very personable and enthusiastic. It was a very straightforward interview - no unexpected questions. In the end I think it simply wasn't the right fit. Prepare for questions like "what is your greatest accomplishment?", "tell me about a failure", etc.
