Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 1 week)
I got a call to come into the hr building to meet with one manager. He was very friendly. Just relax and be yourself.Be sure not to slouch and really play on your ability to build customer rapport and deliver results in terms of sales. I got a call from another manager about 3 days later asking for a follow up. He just asked me to tell him about myself. I was very honest and told him that I needed a job and I was willing to do anything to secure it. He admired my honesty and asked me to sell him the pencil he was jotting notes with and I did by being elaborate and funny saying things like "this pencil has state of the art led that will never diminish while you are trying to write that lengthy grocery list, and this eraser has proven technology that surpasses any other number 2 pencil on the market!" I got a call two days later saying I got the job. Background check was kind of intense.

Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 2 weeks)
I applied online for a few RSA positions at different stores.
About a week later I received a call back from one of the locations. The manager scheduled a one on one interview at his store. I went and it went great. He told me I would have one more interview at another store with another manager and he would call to schedule it as soon as my background check went through.
He called me about 5 days later and scheduled an interview with another store's manager that same day. The interview was pretty much the exact same, and again I felt it went well. She said she would send a report to the store I was applying to about how it went.
I got home and about 20 minutes later I got a call back and was offered the job right then and there. I start Monday.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
Took forever to get my background checked because I needed to email some info on a previous employer I had. That took a few more days. Interview was something that was company standard that they printed off the computer and asked. It was stuff like how would you handle objections with a customer.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Cincinnati, OH (took 4+ weeks)
The hiring process was very long. The background check alone took about 2-3 weeks because TMobile has their background checks done through a very thorough 3rd part group called (HireRight). HireRight needs every little piece of paperwork faxed to verify your previous employment and or education even W-2's.

The negotiation was very boring but easy. It's easy to sell yourself especially when you're pretty confident about your abilities and your eager to get straight to making money. Just the whole hiring process becomes boring and the training is even worse!
