Interview Details –
The position requires the incumbent to be comfortable with compliance and be able to coach it.
Critical part of the role is Project Management and Process Management – 50% of the time.
No Direct Reports, but you work closely with other managers and you are on the Leadership Team
The Behavioral type questions included:
Explain a time when you displayed leadership skills
Example when you displayed leadership and had to influence others
Example of balancing Client and Company satisfaction while mitigating risk
Recent accomplishment you are most proud of
The final group of candidates had many years of leadership experience.
