it was very easy. keep a cool head and know your basics and the interview will be a cake walk. i had 4 levels of screening. aptitude, psychometric analysis, technical interview and HR interview. all levels were completed in one day.

Interview process was very easy, but took very long time.
I had phone screen and 1:1 with manager, finally agree on the term of offer. Recruiter lied about the timeline as well as offer, at the end I decided that this is not the type of company you want to work. Takes long time for anything to be done.

I applied online and was contacted the same day by a HR representative. I had three phone interviews, the first of which was a technical screen lasting about 15-20 minutes, a second non-technical interview with a manager, and finally an HR screen to ensure a proper personality fit and sound teamwork skills. Received an offer letter the next day, and background check (references, educational verification, criminal history, etc) was completed within one week of my accepting the offer.

it is a great company where i interviewd ... ohone screenign followed by hr round follweed by onsite interview
general question but not offered posiiotn...they looks for visa things.
mostly techinical and look for someone to work offshore with techincal teams

Very long timeline due to long intervals between actual contacts. The initial contact came from a search firm...weeks later another contact from the search firm to say TCS is interested...weeks later another contact from the search firm to see if I was still interested in talking with TCS...weeks later I am informed that an interview is being arranged...weeks later there is a telephone interview with hiring manager...weeks later there is an aborted interview with the worldwide head of the practice in India due to A/V technical difficulties. Finally, about a week later, I hve the final interview with the Head of Sales for America.
The outcome was that I did not have the right stuff for the position. I believe it was because my salary history exceeded what they were willing to pay for the position. I had made it clear early in the process that I was comfortable with their salary range for the position.
The official feedback to me was that I was not hands-on technical enough for the position--this after being passed forward by the hiring manager and his boss for a final interview!

got contacts from tcs, then some one in india call me for first interview. questions are related my education background such as major, and gpa. also they were interesting in your job perspective in TCs and your team skills. after first one, i got a interview with manager for technical interview. some questions related to oop concept. last interview was with two ASE from india. also tecnical related.
