TCS seems like a great company, but, they apparently have an issue with "remote employees." I interviewed for an executive director position that covered a large region BUT they required relocation to the corporate headquarters, despite the heavy travel requirement.
I passed on a formal interview due to this requirement.

Reason for Declining –
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 6+ weeks - interviewed at TCS America in March 2010.
Interview Details – There were multiple interviews with Sr. Managers in sales and delivery. Ultimately, the position was placed on hold.
I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at TCS America in August 2009.
Interview Details – Sat in a room with a manager, HR woman, and a software engineer. They asked very general questions about what I would like to do with my career and a few basic techical questions to test for familiarity with technologies...like what is an absolute class in java, and stuff about jdbc. The interview was about 25 minutes, with no further interviews...Probably the most minimal interview for a tech job I've had. The HR woman inititially contacted me during the last month of my college education while I was job searching.
Reason for Declining – Low pay, and I've read a lot of bad reviews about working for the company.
I interviewed at TCS America in September 2013.
Interview Details – I only had a single technical interview with two important software engineers of the company who asked me about everything related to .NET technologies. 3 days later I was working with them.

Interview Details – I joined TCS after graduation and the Hiring was based completely on analytic ability and aptitude. Some technology related questions were asked however again there were more logic oriented than in-depth technical ability assessment.

Interview Details – It was a well managed process.the hr team was very friendly and the negotiated in a friendly manner.they ease the pressure off the students.
