I applied through college or university and the process took 2 days - interviewed at TCS Communications in December 2011.

Interview Details – First there was an online test of 30 mins. it was based on quantitative aptitude an logical reasoning. Shortlisted candidated were interviewed on technical basis an the selected candidates had an HR interview. Finally i was selected along with 20 others. Technical interview was a 1 on 1 and the HR interview was a Group interview

Interview Question – Gave me a puzzle to fill a 3x3 matrix with numbers 1-9 such that the sum of all the rows, column and diagonal are same in just 2 mins   View Answer

Reason for Declining – I got offer from another company later.......

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at TCS Communications in April 2010.

Interview Details – i went for off campus conducted by TATA Conultancy Services TCS. This was an online exam consist of apptiude and reasoning. it was a 1hr test and i have face 30-40 question and consist of negitive marks. so i attempted well know answers only..
its english was tough because it takes atleast 5mins to read hole paper and then ans the question so time was not enough.
so buy solving them i lost my time and paper ends up.
