Interviewed May 2011 (took 1 week)
I was contacted by a HR representative at headquarters. The interview with HR was mostly behavioral questions and relatively easy to pass. Then I was contacted by the manager at my local office for another phone interview. This interview was slightly harder and revolved around questions that based on the position you'll be undertaking. In the end, I messed up on the 2nd interview and didn't get the offer.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 5 days)
Was called to set up a phone interview. Scheduled the phone interview for a week later. The phone interview wasn't really an interview, more of a job description from the HR person than anything else. I think during the phone interview they asked why I wanted to leave my current job and what my pay expectations were.
I was scheduled a panel interview a week later with the office's Team Manager and the Assistant Team Manager. Also on the phone for a conference were some people from the main Omaha office. I forgot who they were, though. The interview consist of 5 structured situational questions ("tell me a time when...").

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Jersey City, NJ (took 3 days)
The HR person talked over phone on a Friday and had telephonic technical interview for half an hour the Tuesday after that. Called for a face to face interview to the Jersey City the next week. After I went there they asked me about my salary expectations and the HR person got disappointed and they conducted a name sake interview for 1.30 hours by three persons each 30 minutes . It was a total disappointment and after I paid for air ticket. It seems there was communication between the HR Department at Nebraska and Jersey City office.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
Interviews were unstructured, conversational. The focus was on my selling experience and on the company's plans for the next couple of years. Interviewed with regional manager first. After that, was asked to complete online personality test. On second meeting (a week later), my would-be branch supervisor was also present, interviewed me for about an hour. I got the impression that they valued my varied experience, and were very excited about the company's plans for the future. Also, before formal interview, I was invited to visit the branch and visit with another IC--which was very helpful. Everyone I met seemed relaxed, yet professional.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
I didn't make it past the phone interview. The interviewer was constantly typing away on a keyboard and was clearly not interested in what I had to say. It seemed her job was to ask a set of questions and record my answers. There was no small talk and I did not feel the interviewer was very personable at all. I could not make a connection with the interviewer and consequently didn't receive an offer. I place 85% of the blame on me and 15% on a poor interviewer.
