Interviewed Feb 2012 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Applied online and got an email from a HR at TD Bank. Went to an easy group interview a week later where she explained being a teller and CSR. A few days later she emailed me to have a 1 on 1 interview at a branch. They were stunned by my resume and asked me what days to work and that they were opened 361 days a year. It was the easiest interview I have been on and i had 6 years experience so I don't know why I wasn't offered the job. I left the HR emails and voice mails and never got a phone call back when she said during the interview that it was essential to always call customers back. Very unprofessional

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Interview was easy. Applied online and was contacted by a hr 1 or 2 weeks later with a phone interview asking why i would like to work at td bank, my schedule, etc. A group interview was a few days after, basically providing more information about the company. The last interview was with the assistant manager and manager..overall nice experience. if your friendly, motivated and interested, you should be able to get the position.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 months)
I was contacted by a recruiter and was told I was going to get a call around 1:30 for a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of basic questions about my cash handling experience, work experience and why I wanted to work for TD bank. After this I was told I would be emailed a personality test in the next few days. I did the test it was very easy and waited almost a month before I heard the results. Finally I was told I would be getting a call when a position was available. 30 days later I got call and interviewed at a branch and didn't get and offer.
