Interviewed May 2010 (took 2 days)
Went in for the interview and met with the Branch Manager and Supervisor. They were very nice, asked very simple questions. Gave paperwork to have a drug test done, not in very convenient locations. EASY interview!

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Franklin Lakes, NJ (took 2 weeks)
Two days after applying online I received a call from Human Resources. I set up a group interview with two other candidates (they were applying to other branches) for a few days later. At this interview we were asking what we think constitutes excellent customer service, why were wanted to work for TD bank, and our experience. A few days later I received a call from the same HR rep and set up an interview at the branch that I was applying at with the manager and head teller discussing mostly the same things as the first interview. This is a great time to talk about salary and negotiate if needed. A few days after that I received a job offer from the HR rep over the phone. I had 48 hours to submit a drug test.
