Interviewed Feb 2011 in Denver, CO (took a day)
After filling out an application, it was a single interview that took almost 2 hours. Code and skill questions ranged from use of the code book to memorization of lighting and power knowledge. Things that I didn't know and were taught, were then re-asked at the end of the interview.
It was far more difficult than it sounds. Apparently you are only supposed to get 50% right. the more you get right the harder the questions get. The ending difficulty of the questions will determine your wage offer. Time in trade does not matter.

After the test the amount offered isn't very flexible. If you want to get a good offer you better be very smart.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
