The HR dept contacted me after a couple of days, did not really ask me many questions and we agreed on an interview time. I was sent an email confirmation with the date, time and instructions on where to park, enter the building and check in with security. I met the HR rep and was escorted to a conference room and was told I would be speaking with two different managers. Rep was nice and professional. After a few minutes the first interviewer can in and asked me about some specific experience I had at a former employer. He told me a little about what they did and their history. He left, the next person came in and did pretty much the same routine. Overall they both seemed pretty laid back but knowledgable. I kind of wanted them to be a little more detailed in their questions, so I would have had a better feeling about what their impression of me was. I felt like the questioning was generic and somewhat structured, I did not get a good read on whether I was going to be a good candidate from them before the interview was finished. Afterward the HR rep was called and I was escorted to her office, told about the HR policies etc., given an info packet and escorted out. I received an email within a week telling me that they did not choose me for the position. I felt that the process was straight forward and overall a positive experience.
