One of the most wierd interview, they introduced a role playing test having the purpose of testing how a person would react in that situation

Worst interview I've ever been to. Got a hair cut, dressed nice, drove 40 miles to get there, only to be told that I haven't worked for a large company in the last 5 years therefore I should try placing an ad in the paper, or maybe craigslist. Did she not read my resume at all which would have shown I've been working for smaller companies lately. What a dreaded waste of time and energy. Left me feeling awful! Stay away from Teksystems, they don't give a damn about you!

Recruiter was very nice and professional, giving feedback when requested and conducting which I consider a very good recruiting process. I was interviewed by a recruiter, a technical person and a team leader, and given a technical test to complete. Office is very organized and well located, giving an excellent impression.

Initial over the phone interview with internal recruiter,
one on one was interview scheduled for the following week due to availability interview was of technical nature with team leader, a second interview with project manager was also conducted one week later
After being accepted recruiter suggested lower salary than originally discussed
