Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 1+ week)
The first step is a phone interview. It's basic sales questions.
The second step is an interview with the DBO (branch manager) and an account manager. This was actually pretty tough. They want lots of answers and don't want your typical bs interview question answers. Definitely a challenging interview.
The third step is a half day at the branch. This includes you meeting several recruiters and account managers. It also includes a 2:1 interview and a lunch.
The final step is an interview dinner with the manager. If you've made it this far, it's yours to lose. They want you if you can prove you're not an idiot and can eat dinner with people.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Schaumburg, IL (took 3 weeks)
Interviewed over the phone initially. They asked basic questions about my resume, experiences, why i wanted to work for TEKsystems, etc. Was asked back for a on on one with the DBO. That was more in depth and helped him to get to know me better as a person. Was asked back for the shadow day and was able to get to know the other recruiters on the staff as well as some of the account managers. Everyone was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Houston, TX (took a day)
First off, the interviewer asked me questions that really didn't pertain to the position. He started talking about how personal everyone was in the office and how it wasn't a surprise for them to get into your family business, which I found to be very unprofessional. I felt it was a way of trying to weed me out by bringing up how they get together at each other houses for cookouts and ask if I had a problem with it. Well, I didn't come in on an interview to talk about getting together with co-workers and to invite them to my house, needless to say I felt very uncomfortable about that, but I did send a thank you letter showing interest and never heard back from them. Advice I would give, if you want to work for a company where you love sharing your personal life, then Teksystems is the place to be. Regardless, where I go, I always stay in my lane.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Memphis, TN (took 1+ week)
It was a very easy phone and personal 1 on 1 interview. They put me in a small hot room in the middle of summer. That was the worst part.

Interviewed May 2011 in Melville, NY (took 3 days)
They all seemed very nice and I thought I had the job in the bag after the 3rd interview. Turns out I was wrong.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took a day)
Had a phone interview that lasted for about 20 minutes. They asked me general questions such as walk me through your resume, tell me about your goals. what other kinds of jobs are you applying to etc; It seemed like they were looking for someone who had a sales bent and I was told on the spot whether or not I was moving onto the next round.
I think this interview was an initial screening to determine "fit" to the position and company.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 months)
All of my interviews with TEK were very easy, but the process dragged for quite some time. There was enough interest in me to get to the final round of interviewing, which required me to fly to the West Coast during a weekend to meet the business director, an account manager, and other recruiters. For my third round, I was asked to visit an office in the Midwest as well. I prepared well and even was asked about my family life, which is an illegal question to ask during an interview. Though I don't believe the answer led to my rejection, I was still irked that I was asked to travel a couple of times and not be reimbursed ultimately to be rejected from the position. At the time, I attended a top university with a very good academic record as well as solid work experience (which was much more than the other recruiters had achieved), so I was completely confused why I did not receive an offer after four rounds of stellar interviewing.
I give the experience a "neutral" rating because each person that interviewed with me was positive and asked easy questions, but traveling without reimbursement and adjusting my schedule to fit the business director's schedule was not pleasant.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 3 months)
The process consisted of a one on one, a panel interview, and a final dinner. It was drawn out over the course of some months; really gassed you up into thinking that it was in the bag, only to get a rejection two weeks later. Disappointing.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 5 days)
Contacted by a recruiter. She was pleasant but seemed rushed. Asked the standard questions. "Tell me about yourself." "What other companies are you applying with" "Why do you want to work in sales" "What motivates you" So far so good. Now for the hard part.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Austin, TX (took a day)
This was AWFUL! The interviewer was a JERK! I thought we had a really great interview. I interviewed on a Wednesday and he said to call that Friday to discuss the next step in the interview process. I called, emailed, called the following week, emailed and NOTHING! I believe that is EXTREMELY unprofessional and looks very bad for the company.
