Initially there is a an Aptitude test which consists of the basics of programming,data structures,DBMS,OS.
There is a technical interview which will test your understandings in the above mentioned subjects.Also you might face one or two brain teasers.

Interviewed May 2010 in Pune (India) (took 4+ weeks)
I was already working as a project intern in TIBCO. So I got a chance to appear for the full time position.
The interview consisted of 1 Aptitude test which consisted of Aptitude, Java, OS related questions
Then there were two 1:1 interviews where they asked questions about previous projects, OOPs concepts, programming and database related questions and some puzzles

Initially CV was sent and then a telephonic interview was taken. Telephonic interview was general interview HR questions and was more about previous education and work experience.
