I waited for around 20 minutes for the manager. Since I don't really have any retail experience, the interview lasted only for 5-10 mins bec. he didn't know what to ask me. I was offered the job anyway.

He didn't offer any salary. I didn't ask either. What I had in mind was just to have this job so I will have the experience and the location was near my home.

I got the first interview through a "senior reception" at my college. i heard back from them around 2weeks later to set up an interview at my school. The interview went really well, and they said the next step was to fly me out to boston for a two day interview process, but first I had to finish the skills test on their website. I got an email saying I was still in consideration. I took my skills test (i didnt realize it was timed and did horrible.) needless to say I did not hear back from them again.

I interviewed with the manager who asked me about hobbies interest past work an school. I was still under age at the time an had to get a work permit which they filled out in no time I was hired two weeks later an working

My friend who works at TJX passed on my resume to the recruiter. I received a call 1 week later to set up an phone interview. It was about 30min on the phone. They asked about why I am interested in TJX and the program. They want someone with strong analytical skills, so definitely stress that. Went over my resume and previous work experience. I was told to hear back in 1 week. I am still waiting for them to reply.

The first interview was a 1:1 with the hiring manager,Mainly fitting and competency based questions.The interview was very nice and was considerate when I was stuck.
Second round was with the CFO.Again very thorough interview.A little less friendly that the earlier one,but fair.
