The first interview was with just a regular manager and the secnd interview was by the store manager. This particular location seems to hire "cute" girls and barely any guys. The managers are all men so i guess that you can expect that. Interviewing was rated as difficult. They acted as if you applied for some big time paying position..i mean it's only Tjmaxx.

Negotiation Details
I wanted to negotiate the pay because i was not satifised and i was declined. For every year that you work there, you pay rate will increase by a quarter.

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

I waited for around 20 minutes for the manager. Since I don't really have any retail experience, the interview lasted only for 5-10 mins bec. he didn't know what to ask me. I was offered the job anyway.

He didn't offer any salary. I didn't ask either. What I had in mind was just to have this job so I will have the experience and the location was near my home.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.
