Friendly front desk person. She's always appears to be happy. The HR interviewer always appears happy too. It was pretty basic. Some basic skills test such as math and some medical questions and vocabulary. Once they are done grading the test and you have passed you come in and proceed with the interview. From there it's a pretty basic interview.

There was no negotiation phase. There is a set pay for the positions and a set shift differential.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
