Very personable and comfortable interview. Was given a tour of the building and got to meet some of the people I would be working with (which was a nice way to envision myself there as an employee). We discussed the culture and highlights or the agency. My role and department environment was clearly laid out and I felt very at ease asking questions candidate. Overall good experience.

I have interviewed for the .Net back-end programmer role. TMP often makes a distinction between back-end and front-end developers. The questions were related to the enterprise level application development utilizing .Net framework and other Microsoft technilogies, like SQL Server. Sql Server performance tuning / scalability issues is the favorite topic.
