Initial communications took place over email. I was asked back for one interview at the office. The interview took about 30 minutes, after which I was asked if I had any questions. The interviewer then showed me around the office and introduced me to the staff. This particular office had a friendly, inviting, comfortable atmosphere and it contained a very small staff size.

    Interview

Applied for a job in Melbourne. Had a phone interview with someone in Sydney and they asked what I was looking for, my education and my experience. I then had a first stage interview with a few people and they asked me about my behaviour and my weaknesses and they talked about the role. The second stage interview was based on me proving that I knew how to use Excel and I had a numerical and comprehension test as well. I also had a personality test afterwards.

    Business Development Manager (Non-Manager) Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Accra (Ghana)
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TNS Global (Accra (Ghana)) in January 2015.

    Interview

A written test based on statistical approach-much like GRE to test the applicants quick thinking or analysis of research data. After the test, I was interviewed with the Country Manager-during the interview it was made clear that I was over-qualified for the job. I felt good and bad at the same time, good because I was obviously overqualified as a result of the answers I was giving and bad because I felt it was a waste of time going through the process. The JD was misleading from the start and the HR did not review my CV well enough to make good judgement.
