First they analyse your CV, after you have a regular interview with some HR person and last it is a test consisting of Computer Theory, Technology and algorithms challenges.

Negotiation Details
They just asked me how much I would like to earn. After they asked if I would accept little less and than after 3 months they would change back to what I asked for, but this didn't happened.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
