It was easy enough. There was an initial interview with the hiring manger. Very few technical questions were asked. Next came a one on one interview with the department head and then a phone interview with the regional manager. All in all the questions were repetitive and pretty simple.

The first interview was pleasant and friendly, with two hiring managers conducting from a set of written questions. The questions were pretty standard, by-the-book type of inquiries. Be sure to KNOW what TSYS does, as that was the FIRST question.
The hiring managers seemed very familial, comfortable and informal. They are looking for FRIENDLY FACES to fit into the company culture.
TSYS is in a state-of-the-art building on a beautiful riverside property. They are promoting a very environmentally conscious culture and it shows.
Travel and change seem to be the most challenging issues within the training department.

HOWEVER, the managers say they value creative, energetic people most.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Presentation.

I was contact by someone in HR for a face to face interview. I met with the hiring manager (Associate Director) and the Director of the department. The interview was very causal. They asked to basic questions, but nothing to tough.
