Interviewed Mar 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
Applied online, received invitation for HR phone interview about one month later.
Interviewer provided some background on the company and the areas for which I was interviewing, then asked a few basic questions about my reasons for seeking a new job, what I was looking to do, my salary history, etc.
Following the phone screen, the interviewer gave a two hour programming test consisting of two relatively straightforward problems to complete (the same problems other interviewees have posted in reviews).

Interviewed Feb 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
typical technical interview. couple of probability questions. if you have never met those type of questions (dice/coin/conditional prob/expectation) they could cost you more than the interview time. also question your experience/coursework if related to the job
followed by a programming test which required you to finish in certain time. very straightforward if you are familiar with the language.
they turned me down because they found someone more suitable.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
Interview took one day, the overall process was quite pleasant, a one on one interview followed by a code test. The one-on-one interview was asking basic HR questions, the code test involves sitting down and produce two programs within two hours. The most difficult part was time-management. Make sure you finish the code test on-time.
