Interviewed May 2011 in Edina, MN (took 3 days)
Had gone to their Job Fair with the intent of an Assistant Manager position, I thought. Their idea of a presentation about the company consisted of several of their current manager's, leads, etc..who had spoke of their current positions & how they got there. Take note this was done outside with the temp around 85 degrees, humid and windy. After the so called presentation of this Company we had to wait to be called into the resturant aprox 1 hour where you would then be interviewed twice, 5 mins each. After that they tell you if your not called by Friday, Thank you & good luck. Well I was called back for a 1 on 1, but they wanted to place me in another position, thats not what I expected and the Interviewer really represented the Company in poor taste. With that I would highly advise that you stay clear of any opportunities they claim to offer, the feel was more of a Cult rather than a friendly enviroment. You can do alot better, trust me.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 days)
I saw a sign on the window that said they were having open interviews on tuesday so I went the following week. The district manager was there and did the interview. He asked about my experience and had me talk about myself. He then brought over the GM and asked her to check her sched for a good day to have me come back to shadow her for the second interview. My second interview consisted in watching them during lunch for two hours and asking questions when I could.

Interviewed May 2010 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
I sent out a cover letter and resume to the prospective employer. Within a few days I received a call back in regards to a one on one interview. Scheduled during a 3 hour window of interviews, offered position at the end of the interview. A fair amount of questions in regards to past management experience and what I was looking to do long term

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Huntington, WV (took 2 days)
Met with the area coach. Interview was very laid back asked questions about previous employment. They are very detail oriented and big on training of employees. Have many associates long term and believe in keeping turnover to a minimum. Interview is a 3 part process. You meet the Area and the district manager and then return for a RPJ. which is going into a store for an hour to see how it runs.
Reason for Declining
pay was too low.
