No Offer – Interviewed in Irvine, CA Feb 2009 – Reviewed Mar 12, 2010
Interview Details – I interviewed with an HR manager, who primarily asked the typical behavioral interview questions, such as tell me about a time when you worked in a group and X, Y, Z happened and how did you deal with it? I then met with two brand managers who asked more specific marketing related questions, such as what is your favorite brand and why, what would you do if you were asked to market a burger for Taco Bell, etc. The people are quite friendly and make you feel like a friend through the interview process.
Interview Question – Your boss comes into your office and tells you that you need to add a burger to the menu. Explain what you would do next. Answer Question
