I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Taco Del Mar in March 2012.

Interview Details – Casual - come to the shop talk and have a few laughs with the manager. He is a bit funny, ndian young guy, sometimes little confused.

Interview Details – The owner of the new store opening interviewed me. She was new at management, so we just had a conversation over coffee and she shared some personal details and her goals for her business.
